This Delivery Policy explains how RevPlate ("RevPlate," "we," "us," or "our") delivers the products you purchase from revplate.com (the "Site"). Please read it carefully before completing your order.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold by RevPlate are digital products delivered electronically. Your purchase is delivered as a downloadable PDF file sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
No physical goods are shipped. We do not mail, courier, or otherwise physically ship any item to you. Because nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers, no delivery carriers, and no customs duties or import fees associated with your order.
2. What You Receive
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- A PDF document containing the sourcing and supplier information described on the product page
- A confirmation email containing your order details and your download link
Your membership, if applicable, additionally provides ongoing supplier and sourcing updates delivered electronically for as long as your membership remains active. See our Terms of Service for full membership terms.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital delivery is automatic and immediate. In most cases your download link will arrive within a few minutes of your payment being approved.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by up to twenty-four (24) hours due to payment verification, fraud screening, or technical processing. If more than twenty-four (24) hours have passed and you have not received your order, contact us using the details in Section 7.
4. Delivery Method and Your Email Address
Your order is delivered to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid, correctly spelled email address that is capable of receiving mail from us.
If you have not received your order:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Add revplate@gmail.com to your safe-sender or contact list
- Contact us at revplate@gmail.com with your order number and we will re-send your file
We will re-send your file at no charge, as many times as needed, to the correct email address on your order.
5. Accessing Your File
Your product is supplied in PDF format. To open it you will need a device capable of opening PDF documents — this includes virtually all modern computers, tablets, and smartphones. No specialised software, subscription, or account is required to view your file.
We recommend downloading and saving your file promptly. Download links may expire after a reasonable period for security reasons; if your link has expired, contact us and we will issue a new one.
6. Availability
Our digital products are available for purchase and delivery worldwide, subject to any restrictions imposed by applicable law or by our payment providers.
