Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. Every iPhone from the XR onward reads NFC straight from the lock screen, no app needed. Older iPhones use the QR code printed on the plate, so nobody gets left out.
What about Android?
Every modern Android reads NFC. If someone has NFC switched off in their settings, the QR code is right there as a backup.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
No to both. You program it once from your own phone and it's yours. There's nothing to log into and nothing that expires.
How do I set it up?
Tap your phone on the plate, paste your Google review link, done. Takes about a minute. Full instructions come in the box.
Can I change the link later?
Yes, as many times as you want. Point it somewhere else any time - a different location, a different platform, a booking page.
Does it need wifi or power?
Neither. There's no battery and nothing to charge. The customer's phone powers the chip when it taps.
Where do most people put it?
Next to the register, on the counter, by the front door, or on the reception desk. Anywhere people already pause for a second.
