Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revplate.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any product or membership from RevPlate ("RevPlate," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read Section 5 carefully. It describes a recurring subscription that automatically charges your payment method every thirty (30) days until you cancel.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. What We Sell

RevPlate sells digital information products delivered electronically as PDF files, together with an optional recurring membership providing ongoing supplier and sourcing updates.

Please understand clearly what you are buying:

  • You are purchasing information — specifically, sourcing and supplier contact details relating to NFC review plates and similar products.
  • You are not purchasing a physical plate, card, device, or any other physical item. Nothing is shipped to you.
  • We are an information provider. We are not the manufacturer of any product described in our materials, and we do not supply, fulfil, warrant, or guarantee any product you may subsequently purchase from a third-party supplier.

3. No Affiliation With Google

RevPlate is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Google," "Google Reviews," and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Any reference to them on the Site or in our materials is nominative and descriptive only, used solely to identify the platform to which the products described relate.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.
  • We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed, and any change to a recurring membership price will be notified to you in advance as set out in Section 5.6.
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is accepted once payment is successfully authorised.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we suspect fraud, payment irregularity, or breach of these Terms. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Membership and Automatic Recurring Billing

This section describes an automatically renewing subscription. Read it before you enrol.

5.1 What you are agreeing to

By enrolling in a RevPlate membership, you are signing up for a continuous subscription that renews automatically and charges your payment method until you cancel it.

5.2 Trial period and charges

  • Your membership begins with a two (2) day trial period, charged at $24.96 USD.
  • At the end of the two (2) day trial period, and every thirty (30) days thereafter, your payment method will be automatically charged $24.96 USD.
  • There is no fixed end date, no minimum term, and no maximum number of renewals. Billing continues until you cancel.
  • Charges may appear on your statement as RevPlate or revplate.com.

5.3 What your membership includes

An active membership provides ongoing supplier and sourcing updates, delivered electronically for as long as your membership remains active.

5.4 Your authorisation

By enrolling, you authorise RevPlate to charge your payment method $24.96 USD every thirty (30) days on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with Section 5.5. You confirm you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

5.5 How to cancel

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is free, requires no reason, and carries no penalty or fee.

You can cancel in either of these ways:

  1. On the Site — through the cancellation or membership management page on revplate.com
  2. By email — email revplate@gmail.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line

Email cancellation requests are processed within one (1) business day of receipt, and we will send you written confirmation. To avoid being charged for a further period, cancel before your next renewal date.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and any files already delivered to you remain yours.

5.6 Changes to membership pricing

If we change the recurring price, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before the new price takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the change applies. Continuing your membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.7 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for up to seven (7) days and may suspend your access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, we may cancel your membership.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

7. Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our digital materials for your own business purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise commercially redistribute our materials
  • Publish, post, upload, or share our materials publicly or on any file-sharing service
  • Reproduce our materials for distribution to any person outside your own business
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice
  • Use our materials to create a competing or substantially similar product

Breach of this section terminates your licence immediately and may result in the refusal of any pending refund under Section 6 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or commercial result from the use of our materials.

Any example, figure, testimonial, or case study presented on the Site or in our materials reflects an individual experience and is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will achieve. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market conditions, pricing, and execution.

Nothing we provide constitutes business, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

Our materials identify third-party suppliers. Those suppliers are independent businesses over which we have no control.

We do not warrant or guarantee their pricing, product quality, stock availability, lead times, minimum order quantities, business practices, continued existence, or willingness to trade with you. Supplier information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and may change without notice.

Any transaction you enter into with a third-party supplier is solely between you and that supplier. We are not a party to it and accept no liability arising from it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our digital products — including text, layout, graphics, compilations, and the selection and arrangement of supplier information — is owned by RevPlate or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence in Section 7.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment or identity information

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information in our materials is complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevPlate and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to the Site or our products, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability under mandatory consumer protection law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevPlate and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or our materials, your violation of any law, or your dealings with any third-party supplier.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any membership, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law or by our payment providers. Sections 7 and 9 through 18 survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in the State of Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at revplate@gmail.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on your local consumer protection law, this section does not remove that right.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes — including any change to the recurring billing terms in Section 5 — will be communicated to you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Site or continuation of your membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RevPlate.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.
